# How to use Calendar function

The calendar in the OneDee X application can be viewed in the section. Annual company vacation, own leave, or colleague's vacation

**The calendar will display various items. According to the color of the circle symbol as follows** \
1\. Holiday (pink) = shows the company's annual holidays based on the country calendar. \
2\. My Leave (orange) = show my leave That there was a leave and what kind \
3\. Other's Leave (blue) = shows the leave of the colleague As to what kind of leave and what kind

**You can choose different tabs. To view only the information you need:** \
1\. All Events = View all items, whether it is a vacation or leave on the date that the user presses to select 2. Holidays = View only the annual holidays on the date the user presses. \
3\. Leave = View only leave days according to the date the user presses.


# Adding details with time clocking

You can add details such as a description, tags, or pictures with the time clock. For additional information in case you want to show more details

* **After the completion of time clocking. Can click on Time stamp information According to the red frame as in the picture To add details Attached to time stamp information**

**Can add various details attached to the time stamp as follows**

* Add Note = General description details
* Add Tag = Tag to show your job title, team you are in. (It depends on the admin of the company to create it.)
* Take a Photo = Can add a photo for further confirmation.

## OneDeeX กับ OneDee Classic ต่างกันอย่างไร

OneDeeX เป็นระบบการลงเวลาที่พัฒนาจาก OneDee Classic ดังต่อไปนี้

1. **การลงเวลา** จะเป็นการลงเวลาด้วย Chat bot&#x20;
2. สามารถ **Chat** คุยกับทีมงานที่อยู่ในบริษัทเดียวกัน&#x20;
3. **เว็บไซต์** สำหรับผู้ดูแลระบบ จะมี Feature สำหรับ Pay roll อย่างเต็มรูปแบบ

## OneDee Station คืออะไร เหมาะกับการใช้งานแบบไหน

1. OneDee Station คือ ระบบลงเวลา โดยการ**สแกนใบหน้า**
2. เหมาะกับธุรกิจประเภทโรงงาน หรือธุรกิจที่ไม่อนุญาติให้พนักงานใช้ Smart phone ขณะเข้างานหรือเข้าไลน์ทำงาน(ใช้งานผ่าน iPad เท่านั้น และเฉพาะผู้ดูแลระบบ)

## iBeacon, Wi-Fi, GPS, QR code ต่างกันอย่างไร?

* **iBeacon** เป็นตัวปล่อยสัญญาณบลูธูท สามารถติดตั้งได้ง่าย ยืนยันตำแหน่งภายในอาคารได้ในรัศมีประมาณ 3 เมตร
* **Wi-Fi** ถ้าบริษัทของคุณมี Wi-Fi อยู่แล้วสามารถใช้งานได้ทันที โดยรัศมีการลงเวลาขึ้นอยู่กับ Wi-Fi ของบริษัทเอง
* **GPS** สามารถระบุตำแหน่งลงเวลาได้ตามแผนที่ ซึ่งมีความสะดวกกับพนักงานทำงานนอกสถานที่ และอยู่กลางแจ้ง แต่ก็มีข้อจำกัดคือ มีความคลาดเคลื่อนสูง รัศมีประมาณ 80-200 เมตร ขึ้นอยู่กับโทรศัพท์มือถือแต่ละรุ่น และไม่สามารถระบุชั้นต่างๆ ภายในอาคารได้
* **QR code** สามารถพิมพ์ออกมา ไปติดตามสถานที่ต่างๆ ได้ง่ายเช่นกัน

## ทดลองใช้งานฟรีจำกัดอะไรบ้าง, ทดลองใช้งานฟรีใช้นานแค่ไหน

1. ไม่จำกัดจำนวนพนักงาน
2. ไม่จำกัดระยะเวลา
3. สามารถเพิ่มจุดลงเวลาได้อย่างละ 1 จุด
4. ไม่สารมารถ export ได้
5. สามารถดูรายงานย้อนหลังสูงสุด 25 วัน

## Pro-Rate คืออะไร

**Pro-Rate** คือการเฉลี่ยวันลาให้ ตามจำนวนเดือนที่กำหนดไว้ เช่น สร้างประเภทลาพักร้อน โควต้า 12 วัน ตั้ง Pro-Rate 4 เดือน ระบบจะทำการเฉลี่ยให้เดือนละ 3 วันจนครบกำหนด หลังจาก 4 เดือนแล้ว ถึงจะสามารถลาได้เต็มจำนวนโควต้า (ในกรณีที่ยังไม่ได้ใช้วันลาในช่วง Pro-Rate)
